I’m a graduate of The Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage Therapy in Austin, TX with 750+ hours of training including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Orthopedic, Deep Massage (Lauterstein Method), Active Assisted Stretching, Lomi Lomi, and advanced training in Prenatal Massage. I am also a Certified Cupping Therapist and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Therapist. I split my time between my practice, teaching massage therapy to new students at TLC, hiking, cooking, and being a cat-lady.
